In the picure on the right you see a job we did in Haywards heath where the customer wanted a complete bathroom overhaul.
We gave the customer a catalogue and price list to give him some examples of what he could have and how much the various things would cost so there were no hidden costs.
We made full use of the limited space we had by converting the existing airing cupboard to a shower cubicle and fitting a top quality "GROHE" Aquatower shower which the customer specified.
We also tiled from floor to ceiling and tiled the floor aswell in the colour the customer wanted and he also specified he wanted a good quality stainless steel cabinet for shaving etc over the new basin.
The ceiling consisted of old artexing from the 80's so we overboarded it and replaced his one light with six low energy spotlights to show the bathroom off to its full potential.
He also had a new chrome heated towel rail fitted to match the other chrome and stainless steel throught the bathroom thus making it his dream bathroom.
Overall we started with a bathroom that had not been touched in over 20 years and desperately needed updating so we liased with the customer every step of the way and transformed it to the stunning new bathroom you see in the picture today.
Benefits of having a new bathroom.
When having a new bathroom fitted always remember to plan ahead for the future etc by not doing away with the bath etc as if you do and when you come to sell it could put customers off if they only see a shower room when they really wanted the option of having a bath aswell.
Why not put a good quality shower over the bath to give you and other people more options and maybe choose a shower bath and good quality fitting can make all the difference without breaking the bank.
If you have a small bathroom try and keep the colours bright so it can reflect light and have a nice mirror in there to help with light aswell.
Be smart shop around
When choosing your new bathroom suite etc make sure you do your homework and dont be afraid to haggle if needed.
Remember that your plumber can often get you a better price than you would be able to get yourself then he can pass some of the savings onto you.
Shopping online is good but you dont get a good look at what you are buying when a trip to your local supplier would benefit more and take the online price with you and see what they can do to help you save money.
